At Psych Solutions NT, we aim to prioritise client confidentiality. As mandated by the Mental Health Act and the Privacy Act, all therapy sessions are conducted with the utmost respect for client privacy.


The only exceptions to our confidentiality policy are if a client poses an imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, whereupon we are ethically obligated to intervene.


Additionally, with written consent, we may share important client information with other healthcare providers to promote comprehensive care.
